How to measure: Height
Stand barefoot, feet together. Measure from floor to top of head.
How to measure: Inseam
Stand against a wall, feet 6" apart. Measure from crotch to floor.
How to measure: Arm Length
Arms relaxed at sides. Measure from shoulder (acromion) to wrist bone.

What the numbers mean
Frame Size
Seat tube length — the primary fit metric. Too large or small affects both power output and comfort.
Wheel Size
Smaller wheels accelerate faster; larger wheels roll over obstacles better and hold momentum.
Stem Length
Controls reach to handlebars. Longer = more aggressive. Shorter = more upright and comfortable.
Handlebar Width
Should match shoulder width. Wide bars improve stability; narrow bars improve aerodynamics.
Stack
Vertical height from BB to head tube top. Higher stack = more upright riding position.
Reach
Horizontal distance from BB to head tube. Longer reach = more stretched, aggressive position.
